2) Environmental control around the water source is very important. When building a factory, a protection zone must be established first. First, residential areas must be eliminated within the water source protection zone. Second, any type of production factory must be eliminated to prevent the environment of the protection zone from being damaged.
- Solutions to green algae in bottled mineral water
1) Use ozone sterilization. Long-term production experiments have shown that when the concentration is 0.4-0.6mg/L, combined with an oxidation tower equivalent to the water treatment volume, green algae spores can be effectively killed. At the same time, ozone is dissolved in water and then filled into the bottle and sealed, which can also play a certain post-sterilization role. Ozone can be completely decomposed within two to three days and will not affect water quality and drinking.
2) Install ultraviolet lamps in the water treatment workshop. When not in production, ultraviolet lamps can be used to irradiate the production environment to assist in purification.

The purpose of mineral water treatment equipment is mainly to remove impurities, colloidal particles and bacteria in mineral water. Therefore, mineral water treatment is easy to simplify in the process arrangement. Commonly used equipment includes: multi-media filter, precision filter, microporous filter, sterilization device, but due to the different quality of mineral water, when selecting equipment, it is necessary to configure it according to the characteristics of your own mineral water. 3) Selection of capping machine. The capping machine is a key equipment to ensure product quality and yield. The capping efficiency of the unit capping head, the capping method and the adjustment range of the capping torque are the main indicators for measuring the capping machine.
